1:1 Embodiment Session

Service Description

Our 1:1 sessions are personalised to cater to your specific physical and emotional needs, whether that entails recuperating from an injury or illness, managing anxiety and/or depression, or simply having the intention to deepen and refine your practice. These sessions encompass a range of practices, including yoga, breathwork, mindfulness meditation, intuitive dance, and art-making, all based on your unique journey. You have the option to choose sessions in our 196 studio, in the privacy of your own home, or through virtual sessions via Zoom.
